The core principles of Iner Sky Yoga are presented as a matrix of elements, each of which is a building block of the practice. Although learned as individual aspects, they combine together into a stream of interwoven experiences to give a constantly renewed sense of contact, insight, inspiration and focus to your practice.

Initially practiced as willful techniques, with time and experience they become intuitive expressions of an intelligent, grounded and extremely spacious methodology.

Each principle is a mini-practice unto itself and you easily learn how they compliment each other in intuitive, naturally intelligent ways. As a result you can emphasize a wide variety of combinations to explore and develop deeper dimensions of your practice.

Eventually, like riding a bicycle, they become fully integrated into the overall stream of body, mind and energy patterns that bring us the profound sense of spacious, open, wise and warm-hearted presence.
